The session involves the PSYCH-K® facilitator and the partner (client).
We start with a chat to identify what area of your life, pattern, situation, condition or challenge you are looking to work on. The new experience you're looking to have will turn into an emotionally meaningful goal statement /empowering belief that resonates perfectly with you.
The Facilitator’s role is to assist the Partner in discovering his own inner wisdom and personal power to make the changes he seeks, and not the changes the Facilitator thinks are best.
Once we have the goal statement, we will work together using a unique combination of resources which include Muscle Testing, Whole-Brain Integration, and Goal Clarification for the Subconscious Mind, among others.
The PSYCH-K® Balance is developed to create an optimal integration of both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This is the state our brains are naturally in, when having to learn new things quickly. This hemispheric integration allows to safely and effectively re-program the mind with the new empowering belief.
Muscle testing is used to communicate directly with the subconscious mind, which controls the autonomic nervous system, giving a direct signal to the muscle to determine if a thought, belief or situation is stressful or not.
At the end of the session, a meaningful change happens quite fast. Most partners will experience a noticeable shift in their mindset, a relaxed state of mind and heightened state of awareness. The partner will be able to look at the same situation he came for differently, with a new pair of eyes and a new mindset. A clear action plan will help bring the new belief to life.
