Limiting beliefs are beliefs you created about yourself, others and the world around you, and they run your life on auto-pilot holding you from living your life fully. They become a filter through which you see life and they control your daily reality without you even realizing it.
Limiting beliefs can sound like this:
I don’t deserve love
I'm a failure
Nobody likes me
I'm not safe
I can't trust anyone
I'm constantly anxious
I'll never have the body I want
I can't stop smoking
I'm scared of flying
I'm not a good enough parent
I'll never have enough money
